Cibi Quilters are Abergavenny's newest quilting group, welcoming quilters of any age or experience.

We meet every third Tuesday (10.00 - 12.00 - room open from 9.30) at the Angel Hotel, Abergavenny - this is our new venue from October 2011, and we will be meeting in the Ballroom (please note that due to accommodation issues, some meetings may be on different dates or at different venues until mid-summer 2012 - see diary for details)

We now have around 40 members, ranging from quilting novices through to those that have been sewing and quilting for years. Most of us patchwork and quilt for fun, although some members have (or are getting) City & Guilds qualifications. Interests range from traditional Welsh quilting through to more modern techniques and styles

As well as room to meet and work,  our meeting venue has tea and coffee available - and of course the Angel does lovely lunches and their ever popular afternoon tea!. Some car parking is available (or park in the public car park just behind - it's a good idea to get there a bit early to get parking), and there are disabled access and facilities.
